檢調接連針對罷免民進黨立委連署案,以偽造文書罪大動作偵辦幽靈連署,數十人遭檢調約談,單人交保金額甚至是民進黨涉共諜案者數倍,檢調更以此搜索國民黨多個地方黨部;但對於罷免國民黨立委連署的舉報,檢調毫無動作。國民黨質疑,國家濫用司法偵辦發起罷免者打壓民主,是綠色恐怖、司法迫害。

不滿台北市地方黨部因罷免連署遭到檢調搜索,國民黨主席朱立倫號召前往北檢靜坐抗議。台北市長蔣萬安到場聲援,並提議推動倒閣案,若賴清德總統解散國會,就用立院改選來對賴總統進行不信任投票。民眾黨主席黃國昌回應,最好方式就是總統跟國會一起重選,不然只是送給民進黨選輸翻桌的機會。

台積電舉行第一季法說會,針對海外廠生產成本高及擴大美國投資,已計算出侵蝕毛利率2-4%,台積電董事長魏哲家表示,將擴大生產規模應對。他也說,「沒有與其他公司合資、技轉、技術授權的討論」,否定參與英特爾合資計畫的傳聞;台積電未來在美國亞利桑那州廠二奈米以下先進製程的生產比重將達三成。這是美國公布對等關稅政策以來,台積電首度說明公司應對情況。
